Mixieβs Tips:
When your child feels angry, wait until they have fully calmed down before talking with them about how they felt and what body signs they noticed in themselves.
For a reminder of angry body signs, look back at Mixieβs Masterclass on Page 8.
This week, practise noticing body signs by being an Anger Body Detective!
Each time you feel angry, try to notice your body signs and talk to your grown-up afterwards about how your body felt.
If you donβt feel angry yourself, you may be able to spot a family member or a friend who is angry. Look and see if you can work out how their body might be feeling.
