Mixie’s Masterclass

When we can notice and recognise our feelings, it becomes easier for us to understand them. We can then manage them in suitable ways.

Recognising feelings also helps us to talk about them. This helps other people understand us better and they may be able to help if we have a feeling that is too big.

When we can recognise feelings, it also helps us see how other people feel.

We might then be able to do something to help someone else feel safe and happy!
